Exaggerated Heroism tells Eva’s story of working one summer in western Canada as a wildland forest firefighter. Eva went into this project thinking she would be taking impressive nature and fire photography, though her experience led her to write about how the heroism of the job was greatly exaggerated and believed by many people.
